Access Control / CCTV Service Technician

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Installation of structured cable ( RG59, Cat5e/Cat6 ) with ability to terminate jacks, patch panels, RG59 connectors )
• Understanding of electrical components, wiring, terminations.
• Experience installing CCTV security systems, Access Control and Alarm Systems
• Experience in CCTV ( ANALOG & IP ) camera placement, positioning, focus.
• Experience configuring PTZ cameras, alarm inputs that trigger horns, email, contact central station.
• IP Networking Skills, Understanding of TCPIP, WAN Port Forwarding
• Configuration of External E-mail Alerts based on Event ( Informational, Critical )
• Commitment to continuing education as new technologies are introduced.
• Detailed oriented. Ability to document installation specifications, hardware used.

• Project Design. Research Products and Technologies for Solution and Installations of Access control, Alarm, CCTV, and biometrics systems
• Installations of Access Control, Alarm, CCTV ( IP and ANALOG ) and biometrics systems
• Service and Repair ( On-site Maintenance )/li>
• Systems Programming

• Access Control ( Emerge, Awid, Liftmaster )
• Liftmaster Gate Operators
